Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the moment they are placed.
Order processing includes preparing the order for shipment and handing the parcel over to the carrier.
Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) or on non-working days may be processed on the next business day.
Order processing is carried out from Monday to Friday.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and the selected delivery method.
Deliveries are carried out on business days from Monday to Friday.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time consists of:

transport time (3–5 business days),
which gives a total estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.
Information About Possible Delays
The delivery times provided are estimates.
In exceptional circumstances beyond our direct control (such as increased logistics load, holiday periods, customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays), delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
In case of delays, we make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible and that you are informed about the shipment status.

We will assist you in clarifying the situation with the carrier and finding an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
If an order is not delivered within a timeframe that significantly exceeds the stated estimated delivery time, the Customer has the right to contact us to clarify the situation or to request cancellation of the order and a refund, in accordance with applicable law.
