How to choose the right size?

• If you are under 25 years old, use size S, if you are under 25 years old but have had a VAGINAL birth, (without cesarean section) use size L.

How to use it?

Intimichic is very easy to use and place, the most important thing is to be relaxed and find the most comfortable position for both insertion and extraction.

The steps to follow are;

1. Have your hands completely clean
2. Sterilize INTIMICHIC CUP for 3 minutes in boiling water.
3. Apply INTIMICHIC CLEANER sterilizer and let the cup dry.
4. Apply a little water-based lubricant before the first introduction, it will make insertion easier.
5. It is advisable to find the most comfortable position for easy insertion.
6. Hold the cup with your fingers and compress it in the lowest possible position and insert it obliquely into the vagina towards the bottom, the placement of a vaginal cup is lower than a tampon.
7. After insertion into the vagina, release it and let it unfold, it will automatically adapt to the vaginal wall.

Removal is very simple, pull the lower sleeve and automatically carefully remove it to empty the contents.
