How is INTIMICHIC DILATOR used?
It is a matter of first applying a little water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina (the volume of a chestnut approximately) and massaging gently for 2 or 3 minutes.
Next, take the smallest INTIMICHIC DILATOR element. Apply equally to the lubricant tip in the same proportions.
Next, start pressing to introduce it into the vagina in a smooth and progressive way. If you notice lack of glide, add lubricant.
You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes by making small rocking movements. It is important to bear in mind that the contraction of the vaginal muscles is adverse, so if it occurs, the exercise must be interrupted.
